Il presidente del consiglio ha dichiarato che il Reddito di Cittadinanza è incostituzionale.
The President of the Council has said that the Citizens’ Income is unconstitutional.
Qui dimostra che nonostante abbia giurato sulla Costituzione ne ignora il contenuto.
This shows that even though he has sworn on the Constitution, he doesn’t know what’s in it.
La nostra Costituzione parla chiaro.
Our Constitution speaks clearly.
La Repubblica italiana è fondata sul lavoro, ma obbliga lo Stato ad eliminare tutti quegli ostacoli di ordine economico e sociale che, limitando la libertà e l’eguaglianza dei cittadini, impediscono il pieno sviluppo della persona umana, ovvero, la cosiddetta uguaglianza sostanziale che impone allo Stato di dare aiuti economici, per le famiglie bisognose (Art.3).
The Italian Republic is founded on work but it obliges the State to remove those obstacles of an economic or social nature which constrain the freedom and equality of citizens, thereby impeding the full development of the human person, that is, the so-called basic equality that obliges the State to give economic help to families in need (Art.3).

Inoltre, la Costituzione garantisce, altresì, il diritto ai lavoratori di avere i mezzi adeguati alle loro esigenze di vita in caso di perdita del lavoro (Art.38).
Furthermore, the constitution also guarantees workers the right to be assured adequate means for their needs and necessities in the case of unemployment (Art.38).
Principi fondamentali questi, inclusi nella nostra misura sul Reddito di cittadinanza che, però, allo stesso tempo è finalizzata anche a garantire il diritto al lavoro e alla formazione.
These are fundamental principles that are included in our package for the Citizens’ Income that is however also intended to guarantee the right to work and to get training.
Un reddito di cittadinanza che ci chiede l’Europa e che esiste in tutti i Paesi civili tranne che in Grecia ed in Italia.

Il governo per vincere le elezioni europee, ha trovato subito 10 miliardi di euro per finanziare gli 80 euro.
