Fate attenzione ai tempi.
Have a look at the time frames.
Giovedì 6 dicembre il M5S, dopo le votazioni on line, riesce a predisporre le liste per il Parlamento in tutta Italia e può iniziare il processo di raccolta delle firme nelle diverse circoscrizioni.
On Thursday 6 December after the online voting, the M5S manages to draw up lists of parliamentary candidates throughout Italy and it can start the process of collecting signatures in the various constituencies.
Nella stessa settimana la Commissione Affari Costituzionali alza bandiera bianca per modificare la legge elettorale attuale e ridurre il peso del M5S, o addirittura eliminarlo con regole ad hoc (come l’esistenza obbligatoria di uno Statuto a immagine e somiglianza di quello dei partiti).
In the same week, the Commission for Constitutional Affairs raises the white flag on changing the current electoral law and reduces the impact of the M5S, or directly eliminates it with ad hoc rules (like the obligation for the existence of a Statute that looks like a mirror image of those of the parties).
Esiste ancora un modo però per bloccare il M5S: il tempo.
However there’s still a way of blocking the M5S: time.
Va quindi in onda la manfrina del pdl contro la politica del governo appoggiata a 90 gradi per più di un anno, dall’IMU, all’aumento dell’IVA, all’aumento delle tasse.
Thus what’s given out is the same old story about the PDL being against the government’s policy though it’s been giving the government its full support for more than a year, about the local property tax, the increase in sales tax and the increase in all taxes.

La data delle elezioni deve essere quindi fissata il più presto possibile per evitare l’innalzamento dello spread (?!).

All’inizio si anticipa a marzo, poi, perso ogni senso del pudore, a febbraio.
At first they were talking about March, and then they lost all sense of shame and said February.
Per la prima volta l’Italia va a votare anticipatamente senza che il governo in carica sia stato sfiduciato dal Parlamento e ci va sotto la neve, come per centomila gavette di ghiaccio, come se fossimo in guerra.
For the first time, Italy will be voting early without the current government losing a confidence vote in Parliament and it’ll be in the snow, as in the book called “Centomila Gavette di Ghiaccio” {a hundred thousand frozen mess tins} just as though we were at war.
Il tempo per raccogliere le firme diventa così per il M5S quasi impossibile.
Thus for the M5S, the time frame to collect signatures becomes almost impossible.
Pochissime settimane per decine di migliaia di firme.
Very very few weeks to collect tens of thousands of signatures.
Per i partiti il problema non si pone.
It’s not an issue for the parties.
Loro, in quanto già in Parlamento, non devono autenticarne neppure una di firma e le liste dei candidati le faranno come sempre a tavolino, in un paio d’ore, tra un marsala e un caffè.
As they are already in Parliament, they don’t need to authenticate even one signature and the lists of candidates can be done, as always at a desk in a couple of hours between a sip of Marsala wine and a coffee.

Io non mi arrendo, ma ho bisogno di tutto l’aiuto possibile per organizzare nei due prossimi fine settimana dei “Firma day” in tutta Italia.
I’m not giving up, but I need all the help possible to organise “Signature Days“ throughout Italy for the next two weekends.

Se poi non ci riusciremo e resteremo fuori dal Parlamento, la responsabilità sarà dei partiti, del Governo, delle Istituzioni.
If then we don’t succeed and we don’t get into Parliament, it’ll be the responsibility of the parties, and of the Government, and of the institutions.
Dovranno assumersi ogni responsabilità di aver impedito con un colpo di mano la partecipazione del M5S e aver fatto eleggere un Parlamento totalmente delegittimato con un’astensione superiore al 60%.
They will have to accept the responsibility of having taken a surprise action to prevent M5S’s participation and of causing the parliamentary election to be delegitimised with an abstention rate of more than 60%.
