D’Alema presidente della Repubblica?
D’Alema President of the Republic?
Le cariche alla Camera e al Senato sono archiviate, dureranno lo spazio di una legislatura che si annuncia breve.
The positions of leader of the Lower House and the Senate have been sorted out, they’ll last for one parliamentary term which is expected to be brief.

L’articolo 87 della Costituzione dà al presidente il comando delle Forze armate, di presiedere il Consiglio Superiore della Magistratura (anche da articolo 104), di concedere la grazia e di commutare le pene.

L’articolo 88 gli consente di sciogliere le Camere.

Grazie all’articolo 90 non è responsabile di atti compiuti durante le sue funzioni, tranne che per alto tradimento o attentato alla Costituzione.

Può eleggere cinque senatori a vita e alterare la volontà delle urne.
