Certo ci si sarebbe aspettati qualcosa da un governo che sinora non ha fatto altro che vivere della rendita di quello precedente.
Sure, one might have expected something from a government that up until now has done nothing but living off the produce of the previous government.
Ci si sarebbe aspettati almeno qualcosina sulla crescita dopo che l’austerity – come lo stesso Presidente della Corte dei Conti ha recentemente dichiarato – ci è costata 230 miliardi.
One might have expected at least some tiny move towards growth after the austerity measures – that the President of the Court of Accounts has recently said – cost us 230 billion euro.
Certo un aiutino l’eurocrazia ce l’ha dato in questi giorni.
To be sure, we’ve had a teeny bit of European help in the last few days.

E pertanto il governo, invece di occuparsi dell’inesorabile declino economico e sociale del nostro paese, ha deciso di puntare tutto sulla riscrittura della nostra Costituzione.
