Pensione a 70 anni
Pensions at age 70

In Italia esistono due classi: quella dei vecchi e quella dei giovani.
In Italy there are two classes: that of the old and that of the young.

La prima è al governo, ha una pensione, al termine dell’attività lavorativa ha avuto un tfr, ha goduto di un’Italia quasi scomparsa con fiumi puliti, spiagge libere, bassa criminalità.
The first is in government, has a pension, at the end of their working activity they have the TFR (lump sum payment) , they have enjoyed an Italy that has almost disappeared with clean rivers, free beaches, low levels of crime.

I vecchi hanno un futuro dietro le spalle.
The old have a future behind them.

Hanno avuto la speranza di emergere nella loro professione e molti ci sono riusciti, hanno avuto la sicurezza di un lavoro a tempo indeterminato.
They have had the hope of emerging in their professions and many have been successful, have had the security of a job with an indefinite end point.

I vecchi hanno potuto scegliere tra grandi aziende come l’Italtel, la Telecom, l’Olivetti.
The old people have been able to choose between the big companies like Italtel, Telecom, and Olivetti.

Hanno comprato un appartamento, i più fortunati anche una casa di villeggiatura.
They have bought an apartment and the luckier ones a holiday home.

>>> I vecchi hanno fatto studiare i figli per nulla, li hanno precarizzati, tolto loro l’ambiente, il diritto all’acqua pubblica.
The old people have not got their sons and daughters to study, they have made them “precarious”, taken the environment away from them, the right to public water.

Li hanno indebitati con 30.000 euro a testa (lo stipendio di 3/4 anni di un interinale).
They have got them into debt with 30,000 euro a head (the salary over 3 or 4 years for an intern).

I vecchi se la sono goduta, ognuno a modo suo, fottendosene delle generazioni successive.
The old people enjoyed things, each in his own way, while ignoring the generations that follow on.

Lo hanno fatto e possono continuare a farlo perché sono loro a detenere il potere.
They have done that and they can continue to do that because it is they who hold the power.

L’Italia ha il presidente della Repubblica e il presidente del Consiglio più anziani del mondo occidentale.
Italy has the oldest President of the Republic and President of the Council of Ministers in the Western world.

L’Italia ha anche 17 milioni di pensionati.
Italy also has 17 million pensioners.

Molti hanno pagato solo in parte la pensione che ricevono.
Many of them have only partly paid for the pension that they are receiving.

Milioni sono a casa dall’età di 50/55 anni senza parlare delle baby pensioni con 15/20 anni di contributi o le pensioni scandalose dei parlamentari dopo solo due anni e mezzo di legislatura o le doppie e triple pensioni, le pensioni superiori ai 10.000 euro al mese, le pensioni cumulate con uno o più stipendi.
Millions have been at home since the age of 50 or 55 even without mentioning the “baby pensioners” with 15 to 20 years of contributions or the scandalous pensions of the parliamentarians after just two and a half years of legislature or the double and triple pensions, the pensions that are more than 10,000 euro a month, the pensions that are accumulated with one or more salaries.

In questa situazione di privilegi e di profonda ingiustizia sociale, si è deciso che i giovani andranno in pensione a 70 anni, in pratica mai.
In this situation of privileges and of profound social injustice, it has been decided that the young people will retire at age 70, that is basically never.

Questo non è accettabile.
This is not acceptable.

Se si deve procedere a una riforma delle pensioni, ognuno deve fare la sua parte oppure nessuno.
If there’s the need to have a reform of pensions, everyone has to do their bit, or no one has to.

Perché un ragazzo deve con il suo lavoro mantenere lo Stato sociale di cui beneficiano le vecchie generazioni?
Why is it that a young man with his work, has to maintain the social State of which the older generations are the beneficiaries?

Un giovane di vent’anni che inizi a lavorare nel 2010 andrà in pensione nel 2060.
A young person aged 20 who starts working in 2010 will retire in 2060.

Da qui all’eternità.
From here to eternity.

Chi fa un lavoro usurante a 70 anni è buono per l’ospizio.
Anyone who does an exhausting job is ready for the old folks home at 70.

Perché un ragazzo dovrebbe pagare i contributi per esempio per Felice Crosta, ex presidente dell’Agenzia dei Rifiuti in Sicilia in pensione con 1.369 euro al giorno?
Why should a young person pay the contributions for example, for Felice Crosta, the former president of the rubbish collection agency in Sicily who has been getting a pension of 1,369 euro a day?

O tutti o nessuno.
It’s everyone or no one.

In pensione si può andare a 60 anni.
You can retire at age 60.

L’innalzamento dell’età pensionabile è dovuto all’enorme spreco di soldi pubblici per le pensioni ATTUALI, non per quelle future che vengono dilazionate nel tempo, sempre leggermente più in là, come è avvenuto con l’accorpamento delle finestre pensionabili.
The raising of the pension age is due to the enormous waste of public money for the CURRENT pensions, not for the future ones that are drawn out over time, always just a bit later and later, as has happened with the bringing together of the pensionable time frames.

Discutiamo delle pensioni ATTUALI, poi con calma di quelle future.
Let’s discuss the CURRENT pensions, then in time we can discuss the future ones.

Mettiamo un tetto massimo pensionistico a ogni italiano, ad esempio 2.500 euro.
Let’s put a maximum cap on pensions for every Italian, for example 2,500 euro.

Vietiamo il cumulo di pensioni.
Let’s forbid the accumulation of pensions.

Aboliamo con effetto retroattivo le pensioni “super baby” dei parlamentari e, soprattutto, diamo a ogni pensionato una pensione commisurata a quello che ha realmente versato perché la differenza di qualche miliardo di euro è a carico dei giovani che la pensione non la vedranno mai, il tfr neppure e forse, neanche il lavoro.
Let’s abolish with a retro-active effect, the “super-baby” pensions of the parliamentarians and above all, let’s give to every pensioner a pension that is in relation to what he has really paid in contributions because the difference of a few billion euro is on the shoulders of the young who will never even see a pension, not even the TFR, and perhaps, not even a job.
