Lo Stato c’è, soprattutto per Mediaset
The State is indeed here, especially for Mediaset

Quando uno Stato arriva a tagliare 256 euro al mese per la pensione di un disabile e 450 euro per l’accompagno, così come sancito da un emendamento governativo alla manovra, allora lo Stato, inteso come organo che tutela la comunità, cessa di esistere.
When a State gets to the point of cutting 256 Euro a month disability grants and 450 Euro a month caregiver grants, as proposed in a Government amendment to the emergency interim budget, then the State, meaning the body that is supposed to protect the interests of the citizens, essentially ceases to exist.

Quando uno Stato taglia la cultura e l’istruzione al punto tale che le scuole pubbliche devono ricorrere a collette private per imbiancare un muro, allora lo Stato cessa di esistere.
When a State cuts its culture and education budgets to the point where public schools are obliged to resort to private fund raising in order to be able to paint a wall, then the State essentially ceases to exist.

Quando uno Stato lascia in mezzo ad una strada un terzo dei giovani in età lavorativa, e intanto vuole approvare una vergognosa legge sulle intercettazioni, ha già approvato quella sul legittimo impedimento e vuole estendere il lodo d’impunità anche ai ministri, come già fatto per il Presidente del Consiglio, allora lo Stato cessa di esistere.
When a State leaves one third of its working-age youngsters out in the street while wanting to approve a shameful wiretapping law after having already approved another law on legitimate impediment and wanting to extend the scope of this impunity bill to include all ministers, as has already been done in the case of the Prime Minister, then the State essentially ceases to exist.

Quando un’azienda privata come Mediaset, di proprietà del Presidente del Consiglio, dichiara un’esplosione di utili nel primo semestre 2010, grazie all’affossamento del concorrente pubblico, cioè la televisione di Stato, e grazie al conseguente travaso di investimenti pubblicitari che ne deriva, allora lo Stato cessa di esistere.
When a private company such as Mediaset, belonging to the Prime Minister, declares skyrocketing profits for the first six months of 2010 thanks to the sinking of its public competitor, in other words the State television broadcaster, and also thanks to the consequent migration of advertising revenues resulting from such an event, then the State essentially ceases to exist.

Quando l’informazione e gli organi di controllo (Antitrust, Consob, Agcom) non garantiscono più gli equilibri democratici e di mercato all’interno dello Stato, allora lo Stato cessa di esistere.
When the media and the oversight bodies (Antitrust, Consob, Agcom) no longer ensure democratic and market equilibrium within the Country, then the State essentially ceases to exist.

A government that has perverted the Italian information system, which has been reduced to exclusively producing propaganda thanks to the efforts of puppets with no professionalism whatsoever, who have been catapulted into the neurological pressure points of our public and private media.

Ma quando lo Stato cessa di esistere, quando lo Stato non tutela più i propri cittadini, allora ognuno è libero di interpretare le regole come meglio crede, di pagare le tasse nella misura che ritiene equa in relazione ai servizi che riceve, di andare in edicola e agguantare una copia di un quotidiano che già paga tramite i finanziamenti pubblici, di non pagare il canone Rai finché c’è Minzolini.
But when a State ceases to exist, when a State no longer looks after the interests of its own citizens, then everyone is free to interpret the rules as they see fit, to pay only the amount of tax that they believe to be fair for the services they actually receive, to go to the newsstand and simply walk away with a copy of a daily newspaper that they pay for anyway via the system of public funding and to refuse to pay their annual RAI television licence as long as Minzolini is running the station.

Ma questa non è la strada da prendere.
This, however, is not the right way to go.

In the meantime, anyone wanting to protect their children’s future should avoid investing any money in advertising or doing business with any of the Prime Minister’s companies, at least until such time as he has faced all the charges levelled against him and his companies in court.

Berlusconi decida cosa vuol fare da grande, se il Presidente del Consiglio o il faccendiere di famiglia.
Berlusconi must decide what he wants to do when he eventually grows up, whether he wants to be Prime Minister or family businessman.

Ora sta facendo l’imprenditore e utilizza il suo ruolo istituzionale per fini personali.
At the moment, he is being a businessman and using his government post to further his own ends.
