Non lo sa nessuno.
No one knows.

Niguarda, Milano, un cittadino ghanese, già identificato per atti violenti, tra i quali l’aggressione alla Polizia a Bari-Palese insieme ad altri immigrati, e per questo incarcerato per sei mesi, uccide a picconate tre persone e ne ferisce altre tre.
In the Niguarda district of Milan, a man from Ghana, who with other immigrants has already been found to have committed violent acts, including aggression against the Police leading to imprisonment for 6 months, kills three people using a pickaxe and injures another three people.

Kabobo, senza dimora, senza un lavoro, gira da tempo per l’Italia indisturbato.
Kabobo, without a home, without a job, has been wandering around Italy undisturbed for some time.

Kabobo aveva chiesto asilo politico dopo essere sbarcato a Lampedusa, nel 2011, status che gli era stato negato.
Kabobo asked for political asylum when he landed in Lampedusa, in 2011. But his request was turned down.

Ma l’immigrato aveva presentato ricorso sul quale i giudici non si sono ancora pronunciati e pur irregolare non poteva essere espulso.
But the immigrant appealed and the judges haven’t yet given a decision and although he’s not got permission to stay he couldn’t be deported.

Kabobo ha trascorso la notte prima dei delitti nei ruderi di villa Trotti,un’area abbandonata al centro del quartiere Niguarda.
Before committing these crimes, Kabobo spent the night in the ruins of villa Trotti in an abandoned area in the middle of the Niguarda neighbourhood.

Era stato identificato il 16 aprile dai Carabinieri.
On 16 April he was identified by the Carabinieri.

Castagneto Carducci, un senegalese, Ablaye Ndoye, spacciatore, è arrestato per l’omicidio di Ilaria, una ragazza di diciannove anni, picchiata durante un tentativo di stupro con tale violenza da farla soffocare dal sangue delle ferite al setto nasale.
In Castagneto Carducci, a man from Senegal, Ablaye Ndoye, a drug pusher, was arrested for the murder of Ilaria, a nineteen year old woman who was so forcibly beaten up during an attempted sexual assault that she was suffocated by the blood from her injuries to her nasal cavity.

Ablaye era irregolare con provvedimento di espulsione.
Ablaye didn’t have status and he had received an expulsion order.

Chi è responsabile?
Who is responsible?

Non la Polizia che più che arrestarli a rischio della vita non può fare.
Not the Police that can do nothing but risk their lives to arrest them, but cannot do that.

Non la magistratura che è soggetta alle leggi.
Not the magistracy that is subject to the law.

Non il Parlamento, che ha fatto della sicurezza un voto di scambio elettorale tra destra e sinistra e ha creato le premesse per la nascita del razzismo in Italia.
Not Parliament, that on the topic of security has done a voting exchange deal between the right and the left and has thus created the preconditions for the birth of racism in Italy.

Nessuno è colpevole, forse neppure Kabobo.
No one is to blame, perhaps not even Kabobo.

Se gli danno l’infermità mentale presto sarà di nuovo un uomo libero.
If they accept that he has mental health problems, he will soon be a free person once again.
