Dal 2006 i partiti vogliono cambiare la legge elettorale “Porcellum”.

Sono passati gli anni, i governi, da Prodi a Berlusconi a Monti a Letta, e nulla è stato fatto se non proclami e alte grida a uso dell’opinione pubblica.
