Il Movimento 5 Stelle, al momento, è l’unica organizzazione politica strutturata italiana, tra quelle partecipanti alla competizione elettorale europea, ad avere un programma, proprio perché è l’unica formazione davvero europeista:

esattamente il contrario di ciò che affermano i professionisti al soldo della cupola mediatica.

Infatti il Pd, Forza Italia, Lega Nord, agitano solo slogan demagogici generici, basati sui trend correnti, tentando di cavalcare il disagio sociale.
In fact the PD, Forza Italia, and Lega Nord, are just wafting around generic demagogic slogans, based on current trends, trying to embrace the social unrest.

Ecco che cosa intendono portare avanti i candidati Cinque Stelle quando andranno a Bruxelles, come portavoce europei a nome degli italiani pensanti.
This is what the Five Star candidates are intending to do when they go to Brussels, as European spokespersons acting in the name of thinking Italian people.

>>> Per consentire di applicare nella zona euro il principio di comunità economica, per condividere e suddividere i rischi e gli interessi, il movimento cinque stelle chiede formalmente alla Banca Centrale Europea l’istituzione degli eurobond, ovvero di BPT europei e comunitari che abbiano un unico valore secco.
In order to make it possible to apply the principle of an economic community, to divide up and share out the risks and the interests, the Five Star Movement is formally asking the European Central Bank to bring in Eurobonds, a form of European Community Treasury Bonds that have a single net value.

Gli stati si finanziano, oltre che attraverso il meccanismo retributivo del carico fiscale imposto ad aziende e persone fisiche, vendendo BPT (Buoni Poliennali del Tesoro) sul mercato internazionale.
States get finance for themselves by collecting taxes from companies and individuals and they also get money by selling Treasury Bonds on the international market.

Regolarmente vengono fatte aste per piazzare questi titoli attirando investitori, e lo Stato paga degli interessi a chi acquista questi titoli.
There are regular auctions to sell these Bonds to investors and the State has to pay interest to anyone buying these bonds.

Se l’economia della nazione va molto bene, gli interessi sono molto bassi.
If a country’s economy is doing really well, the interest rates are very low.

Se l’economia va male, gli interessi sono molto alti perché il rischio è maggiore per chi investe.
If the economy is going badly, the interest rates are very high because there’s a greater risk for anyone investing.

Il più basso interesse praticato sul pianeta sui BPT è quello del Giappone: 0,657%, nazione solida che ha un pil intorno agli 8.500 miliardi di dollari e un indebitamento pubblico intorno ai 20.000 miliardi, pari a un – 234%.
The country with the lowest rate of interest on its Treasury Bonds is Japan: 0.657%. It’s a solid nation with a GDP around 8,500 billion dollars and a public debt around 20,000 billion, which is equivalent to 234%.

Basterebbe questo dato per comprendere la falsità delle argomentazioni liberiste che sostengono come la ricchezza di una nazione derivi da una spesa pubblica contenuta.
This figure alone is enough to understand the falseness of the liberal arguments saying that the wealth of a nation stems from limiting public expenditure.

Il Giappone investe ogni anno circa 3.500 miliardi di dollari (stampando yen) nella ricerca scientifica, nell’istruzione avanzata, nell’alta tecnologia, in infrastrutture ad uso pubblico, e il consumo interno aumenta costantemente garantendo la circolazione della moneta, oltre al fatto di avere il tasso di disoccupazione più basso al mondo, intorno al 2% della popolazione attiva.
Every year, Japan prints new money and invests about 3,500 billion dollars in scientific research, in high level education, in hi-tech, and in public infrastructure, and yet domestic consumption is constantly going up, thus guaranteeing the circulation of the currency, and it also has the lowest unemployment rates in the whole world, at about 2% of the active population.

In virtù di questo principio, le discrepanze e le diseguaglianze tra situazioni economiche diverse di nazioni che si trovano sulla stessa barca vengono annullate.
Because of this principle, the discrepancies and inequalities between the different economic situations of the nations in the same situation, get ironed out.

In tal modo non sarebbe più la Germania con tassi molto bassi ad attirare capitali (mentre il Portogallo, la Grecia, la Spagna, l’Italia sono costretti a praticare un interesse tre volte superiore dissanguandosi) ma la comunità di nazioni nel suo insieme.
Like that, it would no longer be Germany with very low interest rates that’s attracting capital (while Portugal, Greece, Spain, and Italy are obliged to have interest rates that are three times as high and thus bleeding themselves dry) but the whole community of nations altogether.

La Germania è contraria al varo degli eurobond, perché mantenendo una situazione come quella attuale si avvantaggia pagando il danaro internazionale tre volte di meno dell’Italia e quindi diventando più competitiva in termini finanziari.
Germany is against the introduction of Eurobonds, because they are taking advantage in maintaining a situation like the current one and they are paying three times less than Italy for international money, and thus they can become more financially competitive.

Il Movimento Cinque Stelle ufficialmente chiede e pretende il varo immediato di eurobond e di consentire alla Banca Centrale Europea di stampare buoni del tesoro.
The Five Star Movement is officially calling for the immediate introduction of Eurobonds and it is also asking that the European Central Bank should be allowed to issue Treasury Bonds.
