Oggi è ministro degli Interni Maroni, condannato per resistenza a pubblico ufficiale, novello sciaboletta al comando delle Forze dell’Ordine.
Today as Minister of the Interior there’s Maroni, convicted for having resisted a public official, a newbie “sciaboletta”{nickname for Victor Emmanuel III} in command of the security forces.

Lo racconti agli abitanti della Val di Susa e ai vicentini che si oppongono alla base militare americana Dal Molin, la più grande d’Europa, lo spieghi ai lombardi, ai piemontesi e ai liguri infiltrati dalle criminalità organizzate, che sono padroni a casa loro.
Tell that to the inhabitants of the Val di Susa and to the people of Vicenza that oppose the American military base of Dal Molin, the biggest in Europe, explain that to the people of Lombardy, to the people of Piedmont and to the people of Liguria, infiltrated by organised crime, that they are masters in their own house.

Domenica in Val di Susa ci sarà una marcia di tutti i valligiani e di ogni italiano che vorrà sostenerli contro la Tav, contro ogni speculazione, contro ogni intimidazione, contro un’opera insensata.
On Sunday in Val di Susa there’ll be a demonstration with all the people of the Valley and every Italian who wants to support them against the TAV, against every form of speculation, against every intimidation, against a senseless public work.

Io ci sarò, non vedo l’ora di esserci, tutti dovremmo andare in Val di Susa.
I’ll be there. I can’t wait to be there. We should all go to Val di Susa.

Loro non si arrenderanno mai (ma gli conviene?).
