The #730 tax form with Renzi’s trickery
“Il 730 precompilato di Renzi, vero cavallo di battaglia della sua “semplificazione fiscale”, nasconde un trucco che potrà costare miliardi di euro ai circa 20 milioni di contribuenti cui è diretto, tra lavoratori dipendenti e pensionati.
“Renzi’s pre-populated tax form (with the code number “730“) is the lynch pin of his “tax simplification” strategy and it is hiding a trick that could cost billions of euro to the country’s 20 million tax payers for whom the form has been designed.These tax payers include employees and pensioners.
Infatti, nello schema precompilato dall’Agenzia delle entrate, non sono previste voci di spese deducibili importantissime, come le spese mediche:
In fact, on the forms prepared by the Tax Collection Agency, containing the information relating to each individual tax payer, an important aspect is the lack of any information about tax-deductible expenses, like medical expenses.
per inserirle in dichiarazione, quindi, i cittadini non potranno accettare lo schema precompilato, perdendo così lo scudo per gli accertamenti fiscali.
Thus if a tax payer wants to add these to their tax declaration, they cannot use the pre-prepared form and they thus lose the protection of using the tax declaration that will not be subjected to further checks by the tax authorities.
Inoltre, dovranno provvedere a predisporlo a proprie spese, tramite il caf o il commercialista.
Furthermore, they then have to spend money to get help in competing the form from the advice agency, CAF, or from an accountant.

Contabilizzare le spese sarà poco utile, e si favoriranno i pagamenti in nero.

L’operazione converrà solo se l’importo da ricevere sarà di almeno 300 euro, altrimenti il gioco non varrà la candela.
