Puzzavano per la decomposizione.
They were smelling because of the decomposition.
Il lavoro dei becchini era urgente e necessario.
The work of the gravedigger was urgent and necessary.
Il loro fetore non era più sopportabile.
Their stench was no longer bearable.
La Nazione ha gioito come non succedeva dal 5 luglio del 1982 dopo la vittoria per 3 a 2 sul Brasile ai campionati del mondo di Spagna.
