Le secondarie, terziarie, nullarie del pdmenoelle di questa domenica di novembre 2012, data che verrà ricordata come l’ennesimo giorno dei morti della Seconda Repubblica.
This Sunday in November in 2013, the PDminusL’s secondaries, tertiaries and nullaries will fall on a date to be remembered as the umpteenth day of the dead during the Second Republic.

Sono una rappresentazione senza contenuti, un’auto celebrazione di comparse, un grottesco viaggio nella pazzia, come nell’opera satirica medioevale la “Nave dei Folli” di Sebastian Brant che ispirò Michel Foucalt “Perché si vede sorgere d’un tratto la sagoma della nave dei folli, e il suo equipaggio insensato che invade i paesaggi più familiari?
These events are a presentation without content, a self-celebration of people who make their appearance, a grotesque journey into madness, as in the medieval satirical book “The Ship of Fools” by Sebastian Brant that was the inspiration for Michel Foucault “Why do we suddenly see the outline of the ship of fools rising up and its stupid crew invading the more familiar countryside scenes?

Perché, dalla vecchia alleanza dell’acqua con la follia, è nata un giorno, e proprio quel giorno, questa barca?
Why is it that out of the old alliance between water and madness, why is it that one day and exactly on that day this boat was created?

La follia e il folle diventano personaggi importanti nella loro ambiguità: minaccia e derisione, vertiginosa irragionevolezza del mondo, e meschino ridicolo degli uomini”.
Madness and the fool become important characters in their ambiguity: menace and derision, the heady unreasonableness of the world, and the mean ridicule of men”.

The primaries of the fools are a social bromide , a sedative, they serve the purpose of giving people the illusion of making decisions, to be paid for (participation costs two euro), the premier that will save Italy from the abyss.

Chiunque diventi premier per una notte, conterà come un soldo bucato.
Anyone who becomes premier for one night will have the value of an old coin with a hole in it.

In Italia non esiste il premierato, non esiste di conseguenza neppure il candidato premier.
In Italy the position of premier does not exist and thus consequently neither does the position of candidate premier.

La buffonata odierna, promossa dalla grancassa mediatica equamente distribuita e senza eccezione alcuna, non eleggerà alcun candidato premier.
Today’s tomfoolery, promoted by the media circus, is without exception evenly distributed, but it will not elect any candidate premier.

Il presidente della Repubblica può nominare chi crede.
The President of the Republic can appoint anyone he wants.

Costui, con un programma e una lista dei ministri, si presenta alle Camere per la fiducia. Se la ottiene diventa presidente del Consiglio.
Whoever that is, then gets a programme and a list of Ministers and presents that to the Lower House to ask for their approval. If he gets their approval then he becomes the President of the Council.

Ma, come in una Grande Follia Democratica, il posto è già occupato da Rigor Montis, implicitamente rinominato da Napolitano e invocato dai partiti per poter continuare la loro assurda recita.
But, just as though it were a Big Democratic Madness, the position is already occupied by Rigor Montis, implicitly reappointed by Napolitano and called on by the parties so that they can continue their absurd theatrical representation.

Anche il programma per la prossima legislatura è già deciso.
Even the programme for the forthcoming legislature has already been decided.

Non si chiamerà programma di governo, ma “Agenda Monti”, indiscutibile e già venduta alla BCE e agli Arabi.
It won’t be called the “government programme” but the “Monti Plan”, something that is not to be discussed and that has already been sold to the ECB and to the Arabs.

E’ una democrazia che vive di effetti speciali, con le carte truccate dove il banco vince sempre e perdono immancabilmente i cittadini.
It’s a democracy that lives on special effects, with rigged cards where the bank always wins and the citizens unfailingly lose.
