Sono gli effetti della Legge di Stabilità che il governo farà ingoiare al Parlamento a colpi di fiducia.

Let’s start by looking at the increase in the sales tax.
Nel maxiemendamento in arrivo c’è l’aumento dell’Iva a partire dal 2016.
In the massive amendment that’s on its way, there’ll be an increase in the sales tax starting in 2016.
Quella oggi al 22% arriverà gradualmente fino al 25,5% e quella che oggi è al 10 arriverà al 13%.
Anything that today attracts a 22% tax, will gradually see an increase up to 25.5%. Anything that today attracts a 10% tax, will gradually see an increase up to 13%.
Stiamo parlando dell’Iva applicati a prodotti di panetteria e pasticceria, carni, salumi, pesci e frutti di mare freschi, latte, yogurt, formaggi e latticini, uova, zucchero.
We’re talking about products like bread and cakes, meat, salami and cooked meats, fish and fresh seafood, milk, yogurt, cheese and milk products, eggs, and sugar.

Quindi altro che riduzione delle tasse sulla casa: Renzi le ha aumentate di 625 milioni!
So we’ve got anything but a reduction on the tax on our homes. Renzi has increased this by 625 million!
Cosa resta in mano ai cittadini e alle famiglie?
What’s left for the citizens and the families?
Il costo del cibo da portare in tavola aumenterà, le tasse sulla casa pure, e poi arriveranno i tagli ai Comuni per un totale di 1 miliardo e duecentomila euro.
The cost of putting food on the table is increasing. Taxes on our homes are increasing. Then we have cuts in the money going to the towns and cities amounting to 1 billion 2 hundred thousand Euro.
Mentre in un primo tempo era previsto che questi soldi potessero essere recuperati con tagli alle spese correnti (ad esempio le consulenze), ora si lascia libertà ai Comuni di recuperarli tramite tagli agli investimenti.
Whereas at first, the plan was for this money to come from cuts in current spending (like outside contractors), now it’s up to the local authorities to decide how to make the cuts – and they can even cut investments.
Meno investimenti significa che i Comuni potranno decidere, per risparmiare, di non aggiustare una strada o un argine di un fiume distrutto da un alluvione.
With less money going to investment it means that the local authorities can decide not to mend a road or an embankment destroyed by a flood.
Dulcis in fundo, abbiamo la farsa degli 80 euro in busta paga, il cui costo ricadrà in parte anche sulle spalle delle piccole e medie imprese.
What sweetness we have to delight in – the farce of the 80 euro in the pay packets is to come about by reducing the money going to the SMEs.
I soldi, infatti, arriveranno dalla riduzione di quel Fondo con cui lo Stato dovrebbe pagare i crediti alle imprese.
In fact the money will be found by reducing the fund that the State is meant to be using to pay what it owes to the small businesses.
