Non ci sarà nessuna inversione di tendenza. Anzi, la situazione peggiorerà.

Una proposta seria che prevede l’uscita di scena della politica dalla Rai.

I consiglieri devono essere scelti per il proprio curriculum, con un procedimento pubblico e trasparente, sulla base di precisi requisiti di onorabilità, competenza e soprattutto indipendenza.
The Members of the Board have to be chosen on the basis of their qualifications and experience with a procedure that is public and transparent, on the basis of precise requirements of honour, competence and above all independence.
Non devono rispondere al potente di turno che li ha piazzati in Cda, ma lavorare per il bene dell’azienda e dell’interesse dei cittadini.
They mustn’t be answerable to the person currently in power, to the person that has placed them on the Board of Directors, but they must work for the good of the organisation and in the interests of the citizens.
Lo stesso deve valere per l’amministratore delegato, che invece si vorrebbe nominato dal Cda “sentito il governo”.
The same must be true for the managing director, that instead is being appointed by the Board of Directors after “consulting with the government”.
Faremo opposizione, cercando in ogni modo di migliorare la riforma Rai, anche se con questi presupposti, sembra un’impresa impossibile.
We will oppose this, and we will use every possible means to improve the reform of the RAI. We acknowledge that in the light of what has been already said, it seems an impossible task.
Si rispetti il Parlamento nelle sue prerogative, senza aut aut.

Le forze politiche devono poter confrontarsi e introdurre modifiche durante l’esame.
It has to be possible for the political entities to be able to have a serious discussion and to be able to bring in changes while the matter is being examined.

– l’individuazione di maggioranze qualificate per l’elezione dei consiglieri in modo da ampliare quanto più possibile il consenso in Aula
– identification of qualified majorities for the election of Members of the Board so as to make the consensus in the Chamber as broad as possible
– la previsione di requisiti come quelli ipotizzati nella proposta di legge del Movimento 5 Stelle.
– the stipulation of the person specification needed similar to that put forward by the 5 Star MoVement in the draft law.
– – Chi sarà chiamato a guidare la Rai non potrà provenire dalla politica:
– – Whoever is called upon to lead the RAI must not come from the world of politics:
siano esclusi tutti coloro i quali negli ultimi sette anni abbiano ricoperto cariche politiche (ministri, sottosegretari, parlamentari o dirigenti di partito).
anyone who, in the last seven years has had a political position (Minister, Under-secretary, parliamentarian or director of a party) must be excluded.
L’obiettivo deve essere una Rai finalmente libera dalle pressioni politiche, tanto dei partiti quanto del governo.
The objective must be to have the RAI free from political pressure, whether it’s coming from the parties or from the government.
So che la maggioranza del parlamento è contro questa falsa riforma.
I know that the majority of parliament is against this false reform.
È ora di cacciare le palle!”
