Il primo grado si è concluso con quarantasette pesanti condanne, per un totale di 142 anni, con l’aggiunta di provvisionali e risarcimenti vari per un importo totale di euro 131.000.
The trial at the first level ended with forty seven weighty sentences totalling 142 years, with the addition of suspended sentences and the payment of various types of compensation with a total value of 131,000 Euro.

This demonstrates that opposition to the TAV for many years now, has not just been a local issue, but a battle that unites a massive section of the citizens that hold close to their hearts, not just democracy, but also justice and respect for the environment.
Quelli che dovrebbero essere i principi guida dell’azione del nostro governo, ma che finiscono sempre per essere schiacciati dagli interessi delle lobby e di una politica che non sa, ma soprattutto non vuole, decidere per il bene comune.
What should be the guiding principles of our government, but that always end up squashed by the interests of the lobbies and by a political scene that not only doesn’t know how to make decisions for the common good, but also doesn’t want to do so.
Nonostante questi pesanti colpi inferti, il movimento No TAV non si arrende e non fa nemmeno un passo indietro.
In spite of the infliction of these heavy blows, the No TAV Movement is not giving up and is not taking even one step back.
Saremo sempre qui a difendere la nostra valle da questa grande opera inutile, finanziata con fondi sottratti ai veri bisogni dei cittadini.
We will always be here to defend our valley from this great useless public work, financed with funding subtracted from the true needs of the citizens.
