La Tasi è una tassa che ha sostituito l’Imu (la tassa sulla prima casa) e che è una tassa in cui si definiscono i servizi indivisibili, quali sono?
The TASI is a tax that has replaced the old IMU (the tax on the primary residence) and that specifies the indivisible services , but what are they exactly?

La manutenzione dei giardini, le strade, la luce elettrica nella città etc.

Quindi ha sostituito l’Imu che era sulla prima casa, (ora è solo sulle seconde case, ndr) l’ha sostituita in maniera anche abbastanza da presa in giro, perché si dice “via l’Imu” ma si mette una tassa, la Tasi, che costa molto di più dell’Imu.
So they have replaced the IMU, which was a tax on the primary residence, but in a way that is rather a mockery in that they are saying “away with the IMU” but we’re bringing in another tax, the TASI, which will be much higher than the old IMU.

Rosario Trefiletti: La Tasi si paga sulla prima casa, la si paga nel Comune dove uno è residente, si paga in due tranche, la prima il 16 giugno e l’altra, a fine anno, è determinata anche da un conguaglio qualora vi fossero delle deliberazioni comunali che facciano variare l’aliquota sulla casa.
Rosario Trefiletti: TASI is payable on the primary residence, payable to the Municipality in which one is resident and is payable in two instalments, the first of which is due by 16 June and the other at the end of the year, which is subject to adjustment should any council resolution be passed in the interim that amends property values in any way.

Su questa questione della prima rata diciamo, anche perché i comuni sono colpevoli, dovevano mandare i precompilati ai cittadini e dire: guardate che dovete pagare questa tassa.
As regards the first instalment, we are saying that the Town Councils are at fault because they should have sent out pre-printed payment forms to town residents and advising them that they are required to pay this tax.

HOW TO PAY THE TASI

Cari cittadini prendete la cifra che avete pagato l’anno scorso, la dividete in due, pagate la cifra che viene fuori da questo calcolo, ossia la prima rata,
Dear citizens, what you should do is take the amount that you paid last year, divide it by two and pay the resulting amount as the first instalment.

poi naturalmente dovete vedere se ci sono delle variazioni alle percentuali sulla Tasi e a dicembre ci sarà il conguaglio.
Then you will have to wait and see whether there are any changes in the TASI percentages in the interim and include any necessary adjustments with the second instalment payable in December.

Sui precompilati ci aspettavamo che i comuni informassero come prevede la legge.
We were expecting the Town Councils to inform us about what the law provides together with the pre-printed payment forms.

Non abbiamo solamente fatto comunicati per denunciare i ritardi, la poca chiarezza, la poca trasparenza.
We not only made our announcement in order to complain about the delays, the lack of clarity and the lack of transparency;

Abbiamo preso posizione e abbiamo denunciato il fatto che la Tasi, in maniera creativa e negativa per le famiglie, sostituiva l’Imu, ma si pagava di più!
but also to make the point that the TASI replaces IMU in a manner that is creative and negative for most families, and also that people would be paying more!

La Tasi è una tassa che fa pagare di più le famiglie di quanto pagavano prima l’Imu.
The TASI is a tax that will result in families paying more than what they were paying before in IMU.

Lei ha detto che la Tasi costerà più dell’Imu. Ci spiega perchè?
You have stated that the TASI will cost us more that the IMU did. Please explain why?

Rosario Trefiletti: Semplicemente per questo motivo: l’Imu prima aveva e ha le detrazioni di 200 Euro fisse e di 50 Euro per ogni figlio, la Tasi solamente in caso in cui c’è un ulteriore aumento della stessa Tasi, dal 2,5 per mille al 3,3 per mille, allora in questo caso ci possono essere delle detrazioni.
Rosario Trefiletti: Simply for the reason that the old IMU included a €200 standard rebate plus another €50 rebate for each child in the family whereas the TASI only provides for certain rebates in the event that the TASI percentage increases further from 2.5 per thousand to 3.3 per thousand.

Noi abbiamo verificato che laddove questo è avvenuto, le detrazioni sono assolutamente minime.
We have verified that where this has indeed happened, the rebates were absolutely minimal in any event.

Cosa succede allora se le detrazioni o non ci sono o quando ci sono, sono molto basse?
So what happens where there are either no rebates or where there are rebates they are very low?

Due fenomeni spiacevolissimi:
Well, two very unpleasant phenomena occur:

1) la Tasi costa di più dell’Imu almeno del 19%;
1) The TASI lands up being at least 19% higher than the old IMU;

2) dopo questo aumento la cosa gravissima è che le famiglie italiane che prima non pagavano l’Imu 5 milioni di famiglie che non pagavano l’Imu perché c’era la detrazione che dicevamo come dicevamo prima di 200 Euro, più 50 ogni figlio, adesso senza queste detrazioni pagheranno la Tasi e quindi è come se pagheranno l’Imu che prima non pagavano.
2) In addition to this higher cost, the most serious issue is that the Italian families that were previously exempt from paying the IMU, namely the 5 million families that never used to pay IMU because of the rebates, as we said earlier €200 standard rebate plus €50 rebate for each child in the family, will now, without those rebates, be paying the TASI, so it’s as if they are now going to be paying the IMU that they didn’t have to pay before.

Questa è una cosa vergognosa perché saranno le famiglie, questi 5 milioni di nuclei familiari, soprattutto quelli meno abbienti e quelli con più figli.
It is absolutely shameful that the families that will now have to pay up are precisely those 5 million family units, especially the poorer, less well-off ones with more children.

Oltre l’aumento è anche il fatto che le famiglie più povere, meno abbienti pagheranno quello che prima non pagavano.
Over and above the increased levies there is also the fact that the poorer, less well-off families that were not paying before will now have to pay up.

Blog: Monti con l’IMU chiedeva uno sforzo agli italiani, spacciando la tassa per una misura straordinaria.

Adesso via l’IMU dentro la Tasi che costa anche di più. Perché?

Rosario Trefiletti: In Italia bisogna sempre e comunque pagare tasse, questo è giusto, quando ci sono, ma francamente ogni volta e ogni anno chiedono ai cittadini di pagare più tasse, ormai siamo arrivati a una tassazione francamente insostenibile!
Rosario Trefiletti: In Italy you always land up paying tax on something, which is only right when you have the money but, quite frankly, every time and every year they ask the Italian citizen to pay more tax, to the extent that we have now reached unsustainable levels of taxation to say the least!

Ecco perché una volta scomparsa l’Imu per la prima casa, si immette immediatamente un’altra tassa che fa anche qui entrare 4/5 miliardi da parte delle famiglie allo Stato, che poi questi soldi vengano spesi nel modo con cui noi tutti i giorni denunciano per sprechi, privilegi, corruzioni varie:
That’s why the disappearance of the IMU was immediately followed by the introduction of yet another tax that will bring in 4/5 billion from Italian families to the State, only to then see that money wasted on the usual government inefficiency, privileges and corruption.

Questa è una cosa che fa indignare e mi raccomando passate parola!
This is what makes people so indignant, so please, spread the word!
