Il nuovo articolo 219-bis secondo comma del codice della strada presente nella legge sul pacchetto sicurezza entrerà in vigore ad agosto.
The new article 219-bis second comma of the Highway Code that is present in the law on the security package will come into force in August.

Contempla pesanti sanzioni se le violazioni sono commesse alla guida di un veicolo per il quale non è richiesta la patente di guida.
It provides for severe penalties if the violation is committed while driving a vehicle for which a driving licence is not required.

Ora, a un ciclista che non rispetta il codice si potranno togliere punti dalla patente, sempre che ce l’abbia.
Now, a cyclist that doesn’t respect the Highway Code can have points on their driving licence, always assuming that they have one.

Ma non solo al ciclista, perché ho consultato il dizionario:

alla parola “veicolo” c’è scritto “qualsiasi mezzo a trasporto meccanico guidato dall’uomo. Veicolo terrestre, aereo, anfibio, a motore, a trazione animale, spaziale o a cuscino d’aria”.
for the word “vehicle” it says “any mechanical means of transport driven by man.Terrestrial vehicle, airplane, amphibian, with an engine, pulled by an animal, space craft or with an air cushion”.

La legge sanziona gli automobilisti che sbagliano, quelli incorreggibili che preferiscono non guidare, che vogliono l’aria pulita e vogliono raggiungere il posto di lavoro coi propri mezzi senza inquinare.

Se questo deve essere il mezzo di trasporto del futuro, le industrie dovranno investire su questi trasporti: poter portare le cose, quando piove ti puoi coprire… ci sono delle tecnologie, sulla bicicletta, da scoprire che sono meravigliose.
