“Nel decreto cosiddetto Sblocca Italia del governo renzusconi, tra le varie porcherie quali la cementificazione di aree demaniali, la trivellazione senza freni del territorio e l’aggiramento di norme a tutela dell’ambiente (spacciato per “semplificazione burocratica”) per la realizzazione di grandi opere, trova spazio anche la realizzazione manu militari degli inceneritori.

Already from the name (the Islamic caliphate of Iraq and Levant) you understand what their intentions are, namely not merely to conquer Iraq but a much larger area.

Nell’Isis non confluiscono solo combattenti Iracheni o siriani, ma anche somali (Al-Shabaab somali) e guerriglieri del delta del Niger.
Isis not only gets fighters in from Iraq and Syria, but also from Somalia (members of the Somali Al-Shabaab) and guerrilla fighters from the Niger delta.

Insomma, tutta una parte del radicalismo islamico.
In other words, a whole section of radical Islam.

Inoltre, si lega idealmente ad altre manifestazioni anti occidentali. Ed anche se attualmente lo scontro sembra essere tra sunniti e sciiti, il loro vero obiettivo è l’occidente, cioè costruire una base molto ampia.
Furthermore, it is also ideally connected with other anti-West organisations and even though at the moment the conflict appears to be between the Sunnis and the Shiites, their actual target is the West, in other words to build a much wider power base.

La tempesta perfetta
The perfect storm

Mentre Renzie si balocca con l’abolizione del Senato e in cambio Berlusconi salva il “grano”, l’unica cosa a cui tenga, grazie al Patto del Nazareno di cui i cittadini non sanno nulla, l’Italia va allo sfascio economico.
While Renzie is amusing himself with the abolition of the Senate and in exchange Berlusconi is saving his “cash”, the only thing he cares about, thanks to the “Pact of Nazareno” that citizens know nothing about, Italy is undergoing economic collapse.

E chi lo denuncia è considerato un “gufo”.
And anyone raising this issue is considered to be bringing bad luck.

Ma i fatti sono fatti e non slogan e non possono essere contraddetti con battute da bambino scemo.
But facts are facts and not slogans and they cannot be contradicted with quips befitting a silly child.

In ogni caso meglio gufi che sciacalli.
Anyway, it’s better to have bad luck than to have profiteering.

Immigrants, cause and effect

Il pietismo peloso verso gli immigrati clandestini che muoiono annegati, che fuggono dai loro Paesi verso l’ignoto nasconde sempre le motivazioni per cui delle persone sono costrette ad abbandonare le loro Patrie, i loro affetti per un salto nel buio.
The expressions of piety paid to the clandestine immigrants that are drowning in the sea while escaping from their own countries towards the big unknown, are always hiding the reasons why these people are leaving their homelands and all they have, to take a leap into the dark.

Noi siamo allo stesso tempo carnefici e salvatori dal cuore di pietra, che fanno mostra di sé a Lampedusa o con discorsi sull’accoglienza sempre disattesi.
We are both executioners and saviours with hearts of stone. We like to get noticed by turning up at Lampedusa or by making speeches about providing a welcome, speeches that are always disregarded.

Quando infatti questi poveri cristi arrivano, non vengono accolti, ma lasciati a sé stessi o rinchiusi in qualche centro.
When these poor souls arrive, they are not welcomed, but left to fend for themselves or locked up in some facility.

1) fare in modo che fino al 30 giugno 2015 l’obbligo riguardi soltanto i soggetti con almeno 200mila euro di fatturato;
1) Up until 30 June 2015 the obligation must apply only to those whose turnover is at least 200 thousand euro;

2) escludere dal vincolo tutte le nuove attività per almeno due anni;
2) exclude all start-ups from the obligation for at least two years;

3) prevedere che i costi delle transazioni siano a carico delle banche.
3) lay down that the transaction costs are borne by the banks.

“Questa settimana una senatrice italiana del Movimento 5 stelle, Cristina De Pietro, è riuscita a far approvare a livello internazionale una risoluzione sull’immigrazione che poggia proprio su questi principi – quindi importante – in occasione della sessione annuale dell’Assemblea Parlamentare dell’Osce, l’Organizzazione per la sicurezza e la cooperazione in Europa (Osce – Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe nella terminologia anglosassone) che quest’anno si è tenuta a Baku, in Azerbaijan.
“This week an Italian 5 Star MoVement senator, Cristina De Pietro, managed to achieve international approval for a resolution about immigration based on important principles, at the annual session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE – Organization for Security and Co-operation in European) held this year in Baku, in Azerbaijan.

L’Osce è un ente internazionale che promuove la pace, il dialogo politico, la giustizia e la cooperazione in Europa.
The OSCE is an international body that promotes peace, political dialogue, justice and cooperation in Europe.

Ne fanno parte 57 nazioni per un totale di 2 miliardi di persone, è quindi la più grande organizzazione regionale per la sicurezza.
There are 57 participating nations with a total of 2 billion people, it is thus the biggest regional organization for security.

Nella prima risoluzione internazionale della legislatura ad essere approvata a livello internazionale si esortano i paesi membri Osce che sono anche membri dell’Unione Europea a riformare il cosiddetto “sistema di Dublino” e, in particolare, del Regolamento n. 604 del 26 giugno 2013.

Bisogna fare una premessa: esisteva fino a un quindicennio fa un principio di diritto internazionale che proibiva l’intervento militare nelle vicende interne di uno stato sovrano.
It has to be said that until some fifteen years ago there was a principle of international law that made it illegal for anyone to intervene militarily in the internal affairs of any sovereign state.

Era un principio abbastanza ragionevole, a mio avviso, per non creare una situazione di guerra di tutti contro tutti, questo principio fu sfondato dagli americani con intervento in Kosovo.
In my humble opinion, this was quite a reasonable principle that was aimed at preventing the development of a situation in which everyone was at war against everyone else, however, this principle was trashed by the Americans’ intervention in Kosovo.

Dopodiché è un po’ difficile accusare la Russia di essersi annessa la Crimea, perché naturalmente il Kosovo con gli americani non c’entrava assolutamente niente.
At this point it is rather difficult to accuse Russia of having annexed Crimea because naturally the Americans had absolutely nothing to do with Kosovo.

La Crimea era ed è una regione russofona che era stata data da Khrushchev all’Ucraina, ma la cosa aveva senso all’interno di una Unione Sovietica Federale, non aveva più senso in una situazione del genere.
At least Crimea was and still is a Russian speaking area that Khrushchev had given to the Ukraine even though something that made sense during the Federal Soviet Union era no longer makes any sense in the world we live in today.

non più delega in bianco ma i cittadini possono partecipare direttamente alla costruzione delle leggi.

La Peste rossa
The red plague

Nel 1300 in Europa arrivò la peste nera.
In 1300, the black plague reached Europe.

Fu portata da delle navi genovesi dalla Crimea alla Sicilia e da lì dilagò in tutta Europa.
It was carried by Genoan ships from the Crimea to Sicily and from there it spread out across Europe.

Morì tra un terzo e la metà della popolazione europea e l’economia fu completamente distrutta.
A third to a half of the European population died and the economy was completely destroyed.

Vasti territori coltivati furono abbandonati, i raccolti rovinati e alcune grandi città spopolate.
Large swathes of cultivated land were abandoned, the crops were ruined and some big cities became dis-inhabited.

Topi e pulci furono i portatori dell’epidemia.
Rats and fleas carried the epidemic.

The Republic is dead

Ieri sera mi si è stretto il cuore.
Yesterday evening I was upset.

Vedere Alessandra Amoroso cantare l’inno d’Italia sommersa dai fischi in uno stadio sequestrato dagli ultrà con la Polizia impotente e i politici in tribuna d’onore, gente del calibro di Renzie.
There was Alessandra Amoroso singing Italy’s national anthem drowned out by whistling in a stadium taken over by the extremists and the Police were powerless and with the politicians in the distinguished visitors’ gallery, people of the calibre of Renzie.

La Repubblica è morta, ma i suoi funerali sono indegni, troppo imbarazzanti.
The Republic is dead, but its funeral is disgusting, too embarrassing.

Non abbiamo neppure la dignità di un buon funerale.
We don’t even have the dignity of a good funeral.

“Il 25 Maggio non sono solo gli eletti che andranno a Bruxelles sbatteranno i pugni sul tavolo bensì tutti noi.
“On 25 May it’s not only the elected representatives that will go to Brussels but all of us will be thumping the table.

Lo abbiamo voluto spontaneamente dichiarare con una video-canzone partecipata dove ognuno di noi con un telefonino, una webcam o una telecamera da ogni parte d’Italia e d’Europa si riprendeva in una situazione di vita ordinaria (per simboleggiare il fatto che ciò che decidono in Europa ci coinvolge in ogni cosa che facciamo ogni giorno) cantando una frase o sbattendo il proprio pugno sul tavolo.
By means of a participatory music video that everyone can join in with using a mobile phone, a web-cam or a camera from every corner of Italy and Europe, you can capture yourself in an everyday situation (to symbolise the fact that anything that is decided in Europe has relevance to everything we do everyday).Just sing a snippet or thump your fist on the table.
