Il decreto legge su Imu/Bankitalia fatto approvare dalla Boldrini esautorando il Parlamento e violando tutte le procedure (ma i soldi del regalo di 7,5 miliardi alle banche ce li mette Vendola?) va spiegato e rispiegato.
The Imu/Bankitalia legal decree that Boldrini got approved by depriving Parliament of its authority and violating all the procedures (but the money to be gifted to the banks – this 7.5 billion – is it coming from Vendola’s pockets?) has to be explained and then explained once more.

Le azioni della Banca d’Italia sono possedute da istituti di credito e assicurativi italiani, fra cui Unicredit, San Paolo, Generali, BNL, Monte dei Paschi di Siena e dall’INPS.

Il decreto IMU/Bankitalia rivaluta le quote di Banca d’Italia da 155.000 Euro a 7,5 miliardi di Euro.
The Imu/Bankitalia legal decree sets out a revaluation of the Bank of Italy’s capital from 155,000 euro to 7.5 billion euro.

Il decreto, in aggiunta, stabilisce che gli azionisti non possono detenere più del 3% delle quote.
In addition, the decree sets out that the shareholders cannot hold more than 3% of the shares.
San Paolo e Unicredit, per esempio, hanno rispettivamente il 30% e il 22% e dovranno scendere entrambe al 3% in futuro.
San Paolo and Unicredit, for example, hold 30% and 22% respectively and they both have to reduce this to 3% in the future.

il 56% delle quote dovrà essere venduta (in quanto proprietà dei sei istituti che superano la soglia del 3%:

Intesa Sanpaolo, UniCredit, Assicurazioni Generali, Cassa di Risparmio in Bologna, INPS, Banca Carige).

Al momento della vendita si genererà un’enorme plusvalenza per gli azionisti che intascheranno netti l’87,5% di quel 56% di quote (circa 3,67 miliardi) e pagheranno in tasse allo Stato il 12,5% (circa di 525 milioni).
When the shares are sold, the shareholders will have an enormous gain and they will pocket 87.5% of that 56% (about 3.67 billion) and they will pay 12.5% in taxes to the State (about 525 million).
Ma non è finita, perché lo Stato, al momento della vendita (di un suo bene regalato alle banche!!) sarà cornuto e mazziato.
But it doesn’t end there, as the State, at that moment when the sale is made, (the sale of an asset gifted to the banks!!) will be doubly disadvantaged.
C’è infatti una clausola a ulteriore favore delle banche.
In fact there’s a clause that adds something else for the banks.
Quando venderanno per scendere al 3%, nel caso in cui non riescano a piazzare le loro quote sul mercato, queste saranno riacquistate automaticamente dallo Stato (ovviamente a prezzo rivalutato) con un costo di oltre 3,5 miliardi di Euro.
When they sell the shares to get their holdings below the 3% limit, if they fail to sell to the market, their shares will be automatically bought by the State (obviously at the revalued price) with a cost of a further 3.5 billion euro.
E poi, vogliamo dimenticarci i grassi dividendi annuali che le banche prenderanno grazie alla rivalutazione delle azioni di Bankitalia?
And then do we want to forget about the generous annual dividends that the bank will get thanks to the revaluation of the Bankitalia shares?

Il decreto prevede che l’importo dei dividendi annuali possa raggiungere il 6% del capitale:
The decree sets out that the value of the annual dividends can be up to 6% of the capital:
saranno quindi distribuiti ai soci fino a 450 milioni di Euro ogni anno, mentre ora erano irrisori.

Perché lo Stato non ha riacquistato le quote in eccedenza al 3% al prezzo nominale e successivamente provveduto alla rivalutazione?
Why didn’t the State buy back the shares in excess of 3% at their nominal value and then go ahead with the revaluation?
Questo decreto NON sarebbe stato approvato se Laura Boldrini avesse seguito il regolamento della Camera.
This decree would NOT have been approved if Laura Boldrini had followed the regulations of the Lower House.
L’aver violato il regolamento impedendo alle opposizioni di esprimere il loro dissenso come previsto e come sarebbe stato nei suoi doveri istituzionali, ha consentito l’approvazione di questo decreto-regalo alle banche, ovviamente alle spese dei cittadini italiani (tu che stai leggendo incluso).
Because she violated the regulations thus preventing the Opposition from expressing their dissent as laid down and as it is her institutional duty to allow that expression, she has made it possible for this gift-decree to the banks to be approved, obviously at the expense of Italian citizens (including you who are reading this).
